They will support us with our story-telling, whether within job applications, interviews or in the role. 

The decision to provide this tool free of charge means that the playing field is even for those without access to libraries and online paid resources such as LinkedIn Learning supporting personal growth.

However, I am slightly cynical about the philanthropy that I am describing. Already we have premium versions of the software. In the future, we will start to see a financial divide between the quality of data that is accessed. For this reason, we need to maintain access to knowledge from as many sources as possible so that we remain in control of our personal growth.
