As an auditor, you will travel to various client offices in the public or private sector, to gain a deeper understanding of their business, identify risks and design strategies to mitigate them.
#1: Grant Thornton
On the audit graduate scheme at Grant Thornton, you will gain hands-on experience of different aspects of audit by working on a range of projects.
You will also gain a professional qualification in either ACA, ACCA or CA.

#2: KPMG
On the audit graduate scheme at KPMG, you’ll spend the first year studying full-time near a KPMG training Hub in either London, Birmingham or Manchester. In this time, you will study to pass 14/15 ACA exams.
Then you’ll spend 2 years working at a KMPG office.

Mazars is an international company which specialises in audit, advisory, accounting and tax services.
To get a place on the audit training programme at Mazars, you’ll need to:
- Apply online
- Complete online tests
- Pass the first round interview
- Pass the assessment centre

The structured audit graduate scheme at BDO lasts for 3-4 years. During this time, you will study for the ACA or CA whilst developing your own career path.

The National Audit Office offers a Chartered Accountancy Training Scheme to equip graduates and apprentices with professional qualifications and varied hands-on experience by working with clients across government.

On RSM’s graduate scheme in audit, you will work towards the AAT, ACA or CA qualifications.

As an Audit graduate at PwC, you will study towards the Chartered Accountant (ACA or CA) qualification immediately and will sit the first set of exams within the first few months.
